Kindly ensure your size is correct before purchase by referring to our product size charts.
1. How to Cancel an Order
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. Please contact us first, and we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5–8 business days to appear in your account.
Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or edited. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving your package.
2. How to Exchange or Return
If you're not satisfied with an item, we’re happy to exchange, replace, or refund it depending on your preference. Please contact our Customer Service before returning any item.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping method and prepay shipping charges. We cannot accept COD returns. Allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
If the item is not faulty or incorrect, the refund will exclude the original shipping fee.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please take photos of the packaging (including the shipping box). Contact us and we will provide a replacement, issue compensation, and cover your return shipping costs.
5. Return Steps
- Contact our Customer Service with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- After receiving instructions, carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Include your order number inside the package (find it in your Order History).
- Ship to the return address provided. Share the tracking number with us for reference.
We’ll refund the cost to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after we receive your return, with full completion (including transit time) in 2–3 weeks.
6. Important Note
Please do not return packages to the address on the parcel label. This is not our return center and may result in lost packages. Always contact us first to receive the correct return address.
