Welcome to the colinenshop.com website. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions

These terms represent the entire agreement between Colinenshop ("Company") and the customer ("Buyer"). No additional terms are binding unless agreed in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the Company. If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain effective.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders require written price verification by authorized personnel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipment does not imply price acceptance without written confirmation.

3. Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal value, function, and quality. If substitutions are not acceptable, Buyer must specify this when requesting a quote or placing the order.

4. Pricing

Quoted prices (including shipping) are valid for 10 days unless marked firm for a specified time. The Company may revoke prices by written notice before acceptance. All sales are F.O.B. shipping point. Prices may be adjusted to comply with government regulations.

5. Transportation & Packing

Carrier and routing are at our discretion unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays or costs from carrier choice. Standard packing is included; special packing or handling is the Buyer’s responsibility.

6. Payment Terms

Discounts apply only to the material’s value. We may request prepayment if the Buyer’s financial condition warrants. Unpaid accounts remain Buyer’s liability and may result in order cancellation.

7. Taxes & Licenses

Taxes are not included unless stated. Buyer is responsible for applicable taxes and securing any necessary import/export licenses.

8. Title & Risk of Loss

Title transfers upon carrier delivery. Buyer must file claims for damage with the carrier and notify us within 15 days for shortages or errors. Title remains with us until full payment is received.

9. Returns

All returns require prior approval. Custom items cannot be returned unless due to our error. Return freight is the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. No restocking fees apply. Customers only pay shipping once (including returns).

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, labor shortages, or supplier issues. Affected quantities may be reduced or delayed fairly without liability.

11. Legal Fees

In the event of legal action, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs in addition to damages due.

12. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage from product use. Claims for quantity or defects must be made within 15 days with proper documentation. Our remedies are limited to replacement, refund, or repair.

13. Warranty

We warrant goods against defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty is non-transferable and excludes all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness. No verbal claims are binding unless confirmed in writing.

14. Remedies

Our liability is limited to replacement, refund, or repair. No incidental or consequential damages will be covered. If a product must be returned, follow our instructions precisely. Making good faith efforts satisfies our obligations.

15. Selection Responsibility

Buyer confirms that product choice suits their intended use and agrees to use/install in accordance with applicable regulations. Buyer indemnifies Colinenshop from legal claims related to misuse or regulatory violations.

16. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus.

17. Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds for returns missing original parts. The refunded amount will reflect the value of the returned portion.
